Xpeng, a leading Chinese smart electric vehicle (EV) company renowned for its smart EV design, development, and manufacturing innovation, has announced a significant partnership with CG Motors. This collaboration will bring the Xpeng G6 to Nepal, making its debut at the upcoming NADA Auto Show 2024. 

Xpeng G6: Range and Battery

The Xpeng G6, a coupe SUV with advanced technology and performance, is available internationally with two battery options. The LFP battery offers 66 kWh with a WLTP range of 435 km, while the NCM battery provides 87.5 kWh with a WLTP range between 550 and 570 km.

Standard rear-wheel drive is featured, but the largest battery option can be paired with all-wheel drive. The RWD Standard Range delivers 190 kW and 440 Nm, while the RWD Long Range produces 210 kW and 440 Nm. The AWD Performance version boasts 350 kW and 660 Nm from dual electric motors, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds and achieving a top speed of 200 km/h.

Built on the SEPA2.0 platform with an 800V architecture, the Xpeng G6 supports fast charging up to 280 kW, allowing a charge from 10% to 80% in only 20 minutes.

Xpeng G6: Features

The G6's design features sleek, tech-inspired lines with a suspended roof and an extended 2890mm wheelbase for enhanced comfort and space. It comes equipped with a host of premium features, including 20-inch rims with Michelin tires, a panoramic glass roof, leatherette-covered seats with heating and ventilation, a heated steering wheel, multiple USB ports, and a 960W audio system with 18 speakers. It also includes Vehicle to Load (V2L) functionality and an extensive entertainment and social media app suite.

Additionally, the G6 is equipped with Xpeng's full-scenario ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System), XNGP, and the latest Xmart OS 4.0, which operates on a Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P chipset and features a 14.96-inch touchscreen display.

Xpeng G6: Rival

The Xpeng G6 is poised to compete directly with the Tesla Model Y in the EV market. Compared to the Tesla Model Y, the Xpeng G6 stands out with its advanced features, competitive range, and performance capabilities.
